  Contacts can't be selected to store on phone or Sim card.
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
  Precondition: Insert SIM card
  1. Idle-> Contacts -> Press "+" to add a contact -> K.O.
  
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
  Contacts can be selected to store on phone or Sim card.
