For a lot of tests I have created the owner has been changed. I think that this should never happen given that a couple of queries still have to be made by filtering the owner. By changing it I'm loosing all my queries for tasks I have created and maintain. If someone else edits a task, they might be added as editor to the history.

This is a bug that existed in the system for quite some time, but was fixed awhile ago. Any time someone edited a task they were automatically made owner. Now, the owner of a task will remain the same unless someone explicitly changes it while editing the task. I know it's a bit of work for you, but the best solution for the time being is to find your tasks and edit them to reset the owner to yourself.

Thanks Bob. So I will have to step through all of my tests then.

WFM sounds to be the right resolution for this bug.

Now I also see why I never got email about completed tasks in the last months.
