1.Launch Settings
2.Tap Internet sharing
3.Enable Wi-fi hotspot
4.Tap USB tethering->it will ask you if enable USB tethering,then tap Enable
5.Try enble USB tethering again

[3.Expected Result]: 
4. USB tethering shoudl be enbled,and thenWi-fi hotspot should be disabled
5.Enable USB tethering successfully

[4.Actual Result]: 
4. USB tethering and Wi-fi hotspot are disabled at the same time
5.Enable USB tethering unsuccessfully
