Environment:
Device: Asus Transformer Pad TF300T (Android 4.2.1)
Build: Firefox for Android 34 Beta 10

Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to http://mozilla.github.com/webrtc-landing/gum_test.html;
2.Select 'Video';
3.Approve the permission by tapping on 'Share' button and check the Android notification bar.

Expected result:
'Camera is on' is displayed in Android notification bar.

Actual result:
Notification is missing.

Notes: Reproducible with 'Video', 'Audio', 'Audio & Video' options.
Not reproducible with other devices.
I'm not able to reproduce this on my Nexus 5 (34.0b10, Android 5.0). Are you selecting back-facing camera on the TF300T? Are there any errors in console?

Why is 34 only affected? Can you find a regression range?

Summary: Active camera or microphone notification is missing → Active camera or microphone notification is missing (on the Asus TF300T and maybe more)
I'm not able to reproduce this with other devices.
It doesn't matter what option I choose (Video, Audio or Audio & Video), notification isn't displayed.
I am able to reproduce this even on Firefox 34 Beta 1.

This is displayed in logcat when I reproduce the issue:

So does the camera actually work or not?
The camera works but the notification from Android notification bar that says 'Camera is on' is missing.

Did you accidentally disable notifications on this phone?

Seems that 'Show notifications' in the app settings was unchecked. I enabled the notification and now works as expected.
