1100974 - The runtime apps are not always opened in simulator

Reproduced with Firefox 34 beta 9, Dev Edition 35.0a2 and Nightly 36.0a1 2014-11-17 under all platforms.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open WebIDE and install a simulator
2. Select it from Select Runtime
3. Open several apps from "Open App" drop-down -> The name of the opened app is displayed as window's name (Firefox WebIDE: <name>) and instead of "Open App" string
4. Open an app that requires user interaction (such as Sharing location) - don't select anything
5. Select another apps from the drop-down

Expected results:
I believe that the app opened at step 4 should be put in background and the next apps that are selected are opened

Actual results:
The next apps appears as selected (as step 3 states), but on simulator the app opened at step 4 remains visible.
This happens also if Main Process is selected.

Apps are being removed with B2G cleanup.
