This is to add the code to fxpay (albeit in a separate file) to allow making a puchase on Desktop.

Rather than use the mozpay API we're going to follow the lead established by fxpay.
This is probably the spot where we would define our own mozPay compatible object from lib/fxpay/web.js (or wherever) https://github.com/mozilla/fxpay/blob/master/lib/fxpay/index.js#L109-L112
