Very minor changes made to the socket host / marionette-js-runner... the patch mostly moves the venv to the top of marionette-js-runner and sets the socket host as the _default_ host.

yay! Can you also remove these lines from gaia tree: https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/blob/master/Makefile#L734, we won't need to install it then
