Can you provide the graphics section of about:support ? Does this happen if you restart with add-ons disabled? (from the help menu; also disables hardware acceleration)

Windows with acceleration GPU 0/1 Basic Blocked because the graphics card drivers has unresolved problems. ID device GeForce4 MX 440 with AGP8X/AGP/SSE/3DNOW! ID productor NVIDIA Corporation Rendering WebGL Blocked because the graphics card drivers has unresolved problems. Driver version 1.5.8 NVIDIA 96.43.23 windowLayerManagerRemote false AzureCanvasBackend cairo AzureContentBackend cairo AzureFallbackCanvasBackend none AzureSkiaAccelerated 0 Even by disabling the add-ons the problem still... On some sites, elements can be only visible on mouse over...

Thanks for the translation! My Italian is non-existent... :-) That's an old card... I don't know that there's much we can do here. On the other hand, it seems HWA is turned off anyway, so I'm not really sure why there are still issues (although that could still be your video card/drivers...) Did this used to work on earlier versions of Firefox? Have you tried an official mozilla release instead of iceweasel?

As I can remember, this drivers was working correctly on my previous Debian (lenny), but I can't remember when it starts fail... Maybe around the release 26 of Firefox, but I'm not sure.
