After making a donation, we should delight users with a thank you and encourage them to leverage their network for more support.

This experience would follow our Share a Message 'Disruptive' snippet.

This experience would leverage one of the alternate designs of the disruptive snippets as prototyped here: http://codepen.io/okfuture/full/KwKQmo

Cassie would design a compelling background graphic (1099408).

Ideally, this would add the first name and location submitted by in the disruptive snippet. This is not a requirement if it's technically challenging.

This would integrate previous work by the snippet team to enable Sharing.

There was a "share" component of the #ChooseIndependent snippet so there may be existing code we could steal. I'm flagging Michael K for needinfo.

Here's the part of the 10th anniversary snippet that handled launching the sharing dialogs for Facebook and Twitter: https://github.com/mozilla/snippets/blob/master/templates/10th-anniversary-video/10th-anniversary-video.html#L512

There's some limitations around getting metrics back for sharing; in particular, it's not possible to track number of twitter shares directly (at best you could maybe track use of a hashtag), and tracking Facebook shares is also proving a bit difficult (ckprice has the latest info on how that works).

It's also not possible to use any non-popup-based sharing due to privacy concerns, and the snippet can't react to a successful share; instead we just changed the snippet message after the popup was closed.

As we move to deprecate the Webmaker Product from Bugzilla, I'm going to close down this issue, which hasn't seen activity in a very long time.

If more work is required here, please re-file this in an appropriate Product/Component/Github Issue.
