When deleting an app from the homescreen, there will be a graphic issue that flashes on the right hand side of the delete screen

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Flame to Build ID: 20141118001204
2)  Long Press an app
3)  Tap the 'X'


Actual:
graphic issue flashes

Expected:
screen display correctly

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens.

As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
