Details

In some cases we want to open a XUL arrow panel pointing at an element in a content page. A CPOW doesn't cut it since all the positioning is handled by C++. What I think we could do is send the co-ordinates of the element across (position and size) and update the popup code to support taking either an element or a bounding rect.
