Overview Description: I am crashing at start-up using 7/31 win95 builds. It
appears to try to connect to http://www.mozillazine.org, but the site is down.
Stack trace below which probably won't help much.

This is not in the Necko component, which means I didn't find this and submitted
bug 11071, which is probably a dupe.  Should this bug be moved to Necko?

I don't see this anymore. Downed server at start-up, or no network connection is
handled semi-gracefully :-)
Bulk move of all Necko (to be deleted component) bugs to new Networking

component.
