Steps to reproduce: Configure TB for office365.com IMAP access (https://support.office.com/en-US/Article/Set-up-email-on-a-BlackBerry-8231fa3b-e551-4f45-b522-778406662f55?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US#__toc354581146) Attempt to fetch new mail from server. Expected results: IMAP authenticates and connects successfully Client downloads folders and messages from server Actual results: Client issues login request to server Server responds with authentication Client issues request to server for data Server which returns "BAD User is authenticated but not connected." Folders and messages do not populate to client Other information: TB IMAP log attached for reference. I have been researching this problem for a few weeks now. After talking with M$ they do not acknowledge that there is anything wrong with their servers (but they could still be part of the issue because no other IMAP accounts on TB exhibit any issues). Searching on bugzilla, bug #914094 seems related. The post by WADA (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=914094#c3) mentions that outlook.com was not in the ISPDB. Looking at the ISPBD (https://autoconfig.thunderbird.net/v1.1/), outlook.com is now in the database but office365.com is not. Is this the issue? If so, requesting that office365.com be added to the ISPDB.
