1101781 - Add telemetry to determine how often a geolocation prompt is reopened after being hidden

Bug 675533 has lots of duplicates, and we say it's the desired behaviour. How often do users actually hide the prompt and then choose an option later? Is this actually a behaviour that's worth preserving? We should measure this.

Well, there are a lot of bugs in the backlog, and they don't all end up in the sheet for prioritized fixing for the next iteration, which was what I meant. For that, talking to GMC is useful. :-)

I don't this this telemetry will be particularly useful. I think we know we have an issue with users losing the prompts, and plan to address them as part of bug 1004055 and related bugs.

Wouldn't this bug help us determine how well we've fixed the issue?
(Or were you planning on the related bugs adding appropriate measurements?)

Knowing "how often the prompt is reopened" doesn't help us answer "are users 'losing' the prompt accidentally", as far as I can tell.
