Description:
When the User taps on the "Transfer Contacts" label,the "Order by last name" toggle switch is turned on/off 
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141119001205
2) Launch "Contacts"
3) Tap on "Settings" wheel
4) Tap on "Transfer Contacts" label 
5) Observe what happens to the "Order by last name" toggle switch each time you tap the "Transfer Contacts" label 

Actual:
The "Order by last name" toggle switch is toggled
  
Expected: 
The "Order by last name" toggle switch is NOT toggled

This issue repros on Flame 2.2 (319mb)(Kitkat Base)(Shallow Flash) and Flame 2.0 (319mb)(Kitkat Base)(Shallow Flash)

Result:
When the User taps on the "Transfer Contacts" label,the "Order by last name" toggle switch is turned on/off
