Description:
sharing a wall paper with a large image causes a the prevouse screen to overlap current image save for the top quarter of the image for a few seconds.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141119001205
2) Go to gallery
3) Tap the selection button > select a large image > tap share button
4) press the wallpaper option 


Actual:
Most of image is obscured by menu screen

Expected:
image is shown in full

This issue DOES not  occur on  2.2 (319mb)(Kitkat Base)(Shallow Flash) 
Keyboard flickers and the app shape distorted

If the user tries to set a larger image as their wallpaper, which is likely due to normal wallpaper sizes, they will run into a blank grey screen with the picture trying to load. Nominating this as a blocker for 2.1.

This seems to be related to bug 1055805
