From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.5+) Gecko/20011114
BuildID: 2001111403
The Site Navigation Toolbar no longer seems to work. I can't even turn it on
explicitly--View->Show/Hide->Site Navigation Toolbar->Always On is ignored.
And, when set to 'Show Only As Needed', bugzilla doesn't pull it up once you're
in the buglist.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on 'Always On' for the Site Navigation Toolbar.
2. Switch it to 'Show Only As Needed'.
3. Browse to a page that uses the SNToolbar.
Actual Results: No Site Navigation Toolbar.
Expected Results: 1. and 3. should result in the display of the Site Navigation
Toolbar.
Dunno if this is a regression. Went dupe-hunting, to no avail; is this
intentionally turned off? If so, sorry for the spam.
