Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141119001205
2) Go to the dialer > dial a number
3) Long press the number field 

  
Actual:
copy/select all menu does not display
  
Expected: 
copy/select all menu display correctly

This issue does not reproduce on the Flame 2.1 and the Flame 2.0, because the feature does not exist
