1102002 - [Lockscreen] Password masking dot does not appear for the last number

Description:
When the user enters the passcode on the lockscreen, the password masking dot does not appear on the 4th field. Only 3 dots are displayed.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141119040205
2) Go to Settings > Screen Lock > Enable Passcode Lock.
3) Press the power button to lock the device.
4) Press the power button again.
5) On the lockscreen, slide the button to the right.
6) Enter the 4-digit passcode.
  
Actual:
The dot for 4th number does not appear.
  
Expected: 
A password masking dot for each number appears when the user types it.

This issue does NOT reproduce on Flame 2.1 as it was fixed on bug 1069879
