Say that you have at least 3 tabs in your browser, and you close one of them.
Randomly, it will then show only the current page you were on and not give
access to any other tab unless you create a new one.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open several tabs
2.close one
3.repeat 3 or 4 times
Actual Results: displays the current tab without giving access to the other
opened tabs
Expected Results: close a tab and leave the others open
Behavior seen on linux redhat 7.2

Looks very close to 107276. Since nobody can seem to reproduce it, and it's very
close to another, marking as RESOLVED DUPLICATE. Reopen if it can be shown to be
different.
