There is a nice table-test at the famous c't magazine You can try with several parameters for trlimit and tdlimit. Trying the above URL for example took 20 secs with Opera 6 Beta 1, 22 secs in MSIE 6.0 and 119 secs in build 2001111403 on win2k. http://www.heise.de/ix/browser/tables/index.php? what=text&my_trlimit=8000&my_tdlimit=6 Seeing this that Mozilla is doing fine on short documents with text & graphic but quite bad on longer files.

Another testcase would be (including text & graphic) http://www.heise.de/ix/browser/tables/index.php? what=textgraf&my_trlimit=50&my_tdlimit=3 taking 3 secs on MSIE 6, 5 secs on Opera 6 Beta 1 and 13 secs with build 2001111403 on win2k.
