Spin-off from bug 53558. When that bug was fixed, a few ThreedLightShadow
colours crept in to borders that should probably have been transparent or
ThreeDFace.

Note that one transparent border was made dotted
because it gets changed into a dotted focus border.

This patch will have to be updated, since the classic theme was largely
re-written recently.
