Allowing to select the storage types themselves - and even having the 'Cookies' storage header selected by default if there are no cookies present - is confusing.
I attached a screenshot to make it clearer what I'm talking about.
They should just be headers like in other panels and not be selectable.

This attached mockup shows how the headers could be styled. Oriented myself on the Debugger sources side panel.
