+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1087610 +++ Please change the DNS record for soft-start.loop.services.mozilla.com to "127.25.153.153" on Tuesday, November 25. See Bug 1087397 and https://wiki.mozilla.org/Loop/Load_Handling#Service_Soft_Start for rationale. Testing is as described in Bug 1087397 comment 2, except (1) using Release 34 instead of Beta 34, and (2) using 1677720 and 1677722 as the ticket numbers in steps 2 and 5, respectively.
