Description:
The homescreen in Flame 2.2 makes it difficult to change the wallpaper when user
attempts to long press a vacant area. Further, long pressing an area in the homescreen
activates edit mode instead of activating the "Homescreen Settings/Change Wallpaper" overlay.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141121040204
2) Long press homescreen in a vacant area

Actual Results:
Long-pressing the homescreen wallpaper activates "Edit" mode.

Expected:
Long-pressing on the homescreen in a vacant area activates the "Homescreen Settings" overlay.

It is harder to access the homescreen options from between apps, but is still available by long pressing on an empty section. New UI design on the homescreen. Not nominating to block.

Could you test this again? Seems like it's working for me.

Sorry, just watched the video. This is working as intended - where you're pressing is too near to active elements that need to respond to touch for that to work.
