1103351 - graph server is missing e10s (.e) machine name for some linux64 and r4-snow

it appears I didn't find all the machines we support:

I am sure others will show up, so we just need to make sure that we support machines with a high enough number.  I went up to 100 for linux64:

I have no idea why we don't have documented support for talos-linux64-ix-111.  As for the 10.6 machine, we don't have any definitions in the db:
