Steps to reproduce:

1) Open Preferences.
2) Choose Privacy.
3) Click on GPrivacy



Actual results:

Dialog box/pane opens which (on Mac OS X) cannot then be closed.  No close window X available.  No Save button available.  No cancel button available.  


Expected results:

Normal save/cancel button combo should appear.

Expected results:
Close window (X) control should be available (OS X). Parent Preference window's close window (X) control should be available.

gprivacy is an add-on, and this issue is an issue with the add-on, not with Firefox.
