Re-imaged the host and returning to production,will keep monitoring to see if this job will fail again.
By checking https://secure.pub.build.mozilla.org/buildapi/recent/t-w732-ix-067?numbuilds=500 and filter after xperf there can be seen that this job only begin to failed recently and only on this machine.

Job ran again and did not fail,problem seems solved after re-image.
