Since it's not clear from context, this cset was: "Backout f5d6b3af4966 (bug 1103825) for suspected test bustage".

cset f5d6b3af4966 seemed to bust a bunch of tests with this error for some reason:
> FATAL ERROR: Non-local network connections are disabled and a connection attempt
> to tiles.services.mozilla.com (54.213.67.199) was made.
No need. We'll revisit the changes another time.
