1103910 - Disable test_settings_bluetooth.py because of Bug 1102885

Test test_settings_bluetooth.py is failing because of the issue described in Bug 1102885 - Bluetooth setting gets turned on at each reboot: http://jenkins1.qa.scl3.mozilla.com/job/flame-kk-319.b2g-inbound.ui.functional.smoke/1325/HTML_Report/

We should xfail the test until the bug is fixed

This test is failing intermittently, so xfailing it is not helpful. We need to disable it.
I will open a PR with the update.

Replace xfail with disable, as the test fail intermittently

I did a backout of the xfail PR in https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/commit/2c1dacab29db1e7f7b7437d9261a272cbdff84c6

Bug 1102885 was fixed by the backout of https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/commit/4c32c19e22be3cfc44ce1a39ee5ec03c651a8a08, no need to disable the test anymore.
