We should make hasHistoryEntries send a deprecation warning through PLACES_WARN_DEPRECATE

though we can keep an internal method for now to feed nsNavHistoryQueryResultNode::GetHasChildren, so the current method should be split into internal and external API, only the external one should warn.

We also need an async alternative before we can do this.
