We've had requests to put future expiry headers on font files served out of this directory. Is that possible and if so, can we put, say, a month or so expiry headers on the files? I'd like to put more, but we're presently not versioning the files.

:potch - each file in s3 has meta-data associated to it. one of the meta objects amazon supports is the cache-control header, which you can set per file. more details on this can be found at:

  http://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/API/RESTObjectPUT.html

this is not something we can do at a per directory level in the s3 console. as a result, i am going to mark this bug as r/wontfix since this is something you can do yourself :)
