Steps to reproduce: 

1. Open camera app
2. Tap screen repeatedly to trigger touch focus ring

Result: 
Rotation animation feels glitchy and the rotation direction is inconsistent when you tap repeatedly.

Expected: 
Animation should be consistent and quick. I would remove the snap back rotation and just have it rotate 45 degrees and lock to focus.
