110429 - Include File Downloading Task Bar Information (Saving File)

Add the percentage of the file downloaded to the "Saving File" box in the
windows taskbar. Also include a statement in the box when the file(s) have
finished downloading. (File Download Complete)

Reasons: 
1: It is easier to find which file(s) have downloaded so you don?t have to go
searching through all of them. With Win XP group of like items it becomes more
advantageous to find which file nearing completion or is completed. 
2: It should be easy to implement, and if you want to go farther have the option
to disable it in the preferences.

I don?t know if this has already been requested, but I didn?t find it under the
keywords "saving" or "save"
