Something interesting must have happened to this during the reimage back from Win7 to WinXP, given http://mozilla-releng-blobs.s3.amazonaws.com/blobs/mozilla-central/sha512/39dc7c7829adef80078f89a56b094a5fca3f67cdacc20e10891ef261c531f0af826d5086463ccb6cd3855431274b8cea8507c887d841caa1a0f87b614dcd1500 with the Windows toolbar at the top of the screen and the microscopic Firefox window.
