Steps to reproduce:

Push the attached music file to internal storage .

1. Open music app->click on the test file
2. Observe the title bar text




Actual results:

A broken title text  is shown on the title bar


Expected results:

Title bar should be shown with Japanese text .

The id3 tags in attachment 8528327 [details] should be encoded in non-unicode text and currently we don't support metadata like that, bug 850520 should fix this though we don't have plan to work it for now.
