In the different importners (fb, gmail and hotmail), we must be sure that the list of contacts that we show to select are RTL compliant.

This list is different than the contacts list itself.

RTL triage: P3 -- this bug is not prioritized for inclusion in the 2.2 release.

This problem is verified as "pass" on latest build of Flame 2.2/master and N5 2.2/master.
STR:
1. Set device language to Arabic
2. Launch Contacts app.
3. Tap gear icon to enter Settings view.
4. Import contacts from Gmail/Outlook/Facebook(master doesn't support FB)
5. Observe the select contacts list view.
** The list view is in RTL mode.
