1. Resize the window so that the searchbar is moved to the overflow panel.
2. Go to https://www-demo5.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/34.0/whatsnew/?oldversion=33.1.0

Issue:
When the searchbar is moved to the overflow panel the doorhanger associated with the tour and the search bar are not appearing.
The test was done using a tinderbox builds but is related to a feature associated with Firefox 34.

This is an edge case that we won't fix in 34. I've marked 35+ as affected.

As a side note, web pages are currently also having to hide infoPanels on resize until bug 1091785 is fixed.
