In the composer there is no vertical scrollbar in the HTML view of the page in
composer. It appear only after made some changes in it. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Composer
2. Open the HTML document in it
3. Go to HTML sourve view
4. There will be no vertical scrollbar (of course the document should be longer
than the window ;-)
5. enter and dleete a line (enter, backspace) and teh scrollbar appear in it's
position.

On a current linux CVS, the vertical scrollbar is there, but has no thumb.
The *horizontal* scrollbar is completely missing, though.
Resolving as new - couldn't find a dup.

Hmmm I tried nightly of 14, 15 and 16 of November and it is all the time same here. 
I'm attaching the screenshot from the 2001111603 Windows build. I found also
that after resize the window  the scrollbar appears also.

Vertical scrollbar will also appear if you resize the window.  You can either
use the min - max button or if the window is not maximized you drag the window
to make it larger then smaller and the scrollbar will appear.

Jakub, does this still happen to you with a more recent build?
With 2002070204 on Win2k there are always the correct scrollbars when switching
to html view in Composer...

It is much better now ... it seems to be o.k. but the scrollbar is strange here
if the large docyment is loaded ... see on attached picture ...

Jakub, your build is more than three months old. Could you please do a *clean*
install of a current version and/or try if this weirdness is still there with a
new profile?
It still works perfectly here, even with very large documents (2002091108 on Win2k).
