Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:29.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/29.0
Build ID: 20140102030203

Steps to reproduce:

1) Sign into facebook
2) Click on "upload photo"
3) in the resulting file choose box, Select a photo.

Actual results:

Got this in JS Console : "Cannot enlarge memory arrays in asm.js. Either (1) compile with -s TOTAL_MEMORY=X with X higher than the current value 8388608, or (2) set Module.TOTAL_MEMORY before the program runs."

Expected results:

The photo should have gotten uploaded

Note: I don't know if this is a firefox bug or Facebook bug, but it works on Chrome, so reporting here.
Are you really using Firefox 29? Can you please update to a more recent, secure version? The current release is Firefox 33.1.1, and 29 is now over 6 months old and has public security vulnerabilities.

(and yet, the build you're using seems to be even older than that still, so I'm very confused as to on what configuration you're encountering this issue)
Ah thanks! Hadn't noticed my update had stopped working. Just some firewall issue. Thanks. Will upgrade Firefox and update you. Also, I sometimes have multiple versions of Firefox lying around - one from Debian, one from nightly, one stable channel, etc. that might explain your confusion.
Marking the bug as invalid and removing the need info request.
The reporter hasn't provided clarification and the data already in the bug is confusing to start with.
