Think of this like how Thunderbird or Outlook handles it.
I'd like to see the ability to either write, or import, HTML signatures for the Email app.
On my desktop client, my signature contains hyperlinks to other modes of contacting me, as well as to my department.
I'd really like my mobile email replies to carry this level of information as well.

(clearing the v2.2 tag from the subject to avoid confusion; especially as this is unlikely to make it on the v2.2 schedule with currently available engineering resources)
Summary: [v2.2] Feature Proposal: HTML Signatures for the Email App → Feature Proposal: HTML Signatures for the Email App

Bulk editing these for tracking to consider for a release with greater UX changes, and to clear the queue. These are not in scope for 2.2 but are marked for 2.3 planning tracking.

Removing ni? flag to clear the queue for 2.2 release issues. Bug is marked for later tracking.
