110499 - 'Send HTML' msg box got too big after change in system font

Build 2001-11-15 trunk

Overview: One of our not small messages: 'HTML Mail Question' msg box looks too
big after change in system Font and changing size from 8 to 9 (not too much).

Steps to reproduce: In my Win2K I changed Font to Arial in message boxes:
Start|Settings|Control Panel|Display|Appearance|Item:Message Box|Font:Arial|Size:9 

Actual Results: When we send email to a person who listed as being not able to
receive HTML format, expected 'HTML Mail Question' message appears.  This
message box looks too big. See screen shot. Right side of the message is empty.
The message takes whole width of the screen.

Expected Results: Reasonable size of the message box.

Additional Information: Other message boxes also look larger, but not that much.

oops, the attachment is still munged... olga, let me know if i could help you there.

at first i thought this might be related to the current font pref horkage [bug
108939], but then i noticed this is changing the *system* font... olga, is this
limited to win32, or does it occur on mac as well? just curious.

Build 2001-11-27: I see this big size of the message box on Mac OSX. I remember
that a few days ago I changed resolution to: 800x600 in order to increase font
(it was too small) and only today I retrieved this message box.
But Win2K shows normal size of the message box...

se, I see this on win2K. I've had it for some time and it's really annoying. I
don't even remember making any changes to my system fonts.
