Meta bug to track gecko API implementation required by gaia app manager (bug 1095330).

Gecko has to expose API to
1) get size of apps and apps data (bug 1096812),
2) delete apps data (bug 1100865), and
3) query the lists of preinstalled and downloaded apps (bug 1100873).
