nsHTMLCanvasFrame needs a tweak to honor the "object-position"-determined anchor point (returned via an optional arg to ComputeObjectDestRect, as of bug 1098417), to get correct pixel-snapping behavior.

(This bug is like bug 1104298, but for nsHTMLCanvasFrame instead of nsVideoFrame.)

(As described in bug 1104298 comment 0, we need to refactor ComputeSnappedImageDrawingParameters a bit before we can do this).
