Flame, while running:
Gaia 41b7be7c67167f367c3c4982ff08651d55455373
SourceStamp 7bcc6573d204
BuildID 20141126040207
Version 36.0a1
v188-1/Full Flash
STR:
1. Insert a TMobile card in the device
2. Observe the attached screenshot
The same TMobile card works fine in a Flame device running the latest 2.1 build.
I also went into the APN settings and everything seems to be set up correctly.

This could potentially be a problem in Gaia::Settings or RIL.
Component: Gaia::Dialer → Gaia::System

Is there some specific logging I can turn on to help debug?

I suspect that this isn't a RIL issue, but RIL debugging would help us be sure:
https://wiki.mozilla.org/B2G/QA/Tips_And_Tricks#RIL_Debugging
I would suggest providing logs from bootup all the way up to a few seconds after the device is connected to the network. Hsin-Yi [:hsinyi] can help us parse the logs.
