Description: Email client refuses to connect to an exchange server that security certificate is invalid.
Email client refuses to connect to an exchange server that security certificate is invalid. It displays a message and refuses to go any further. This is a major limitation for Microsoft Exchaneg protocol since many exchange servers have a self signed certificate or a certificate for a slightly different domain name.
Customer Impact Statement: This will prevent many users from accessing their work email via this phone.
Expected Behaviour: If used with a server that has that security certificate to be an invalid server certifcate the handset should warn the user and allow them to continue like on all other devices.
Please note that the same issue was reported on OT FIRE, QC ID 49364
