In bug 1096330 we moved Email icon to the left side of recipient pill, so that it's located in the same spot as Error icon. Email icon kept its original left and right paddings and now both icons look differently. See spec at: attachment 8529466 [details] (original Email icon spec is attachment 8399982 [details]). In this bug we should care about RTL icon position as well.
