User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:33.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/33.0 Build ID: 20141106120505 Steps to reproduce: 1. Open a new tab using either " Ctrl + T" or the scroll button of mouse on any bookmarked page. 2. Blue patches visible on Address Bar. (Screenshot attached : Bug 1) 3. Hover mouse on the Patch. It disappears. Actual results: Blue patches visible on Address Bar Expected results: There should be no such patches visible.
Can you reproduce this if you restart using Help > Restart with add-ons disabled? (this will also disable graphics hardware acceleration, which is what I suspect is breaking things here) And, either way, can you provide us the graphics section of the page that comes up for Help > Troubleshooting Information ?

Hi Gijis Sorry for replying late. 1. After doing as mentioned above, I was not able to reproduce it using "Ctrl + T". But was not able to check using the mouse scroll button. The bookmarks toolbar was gone. 2. The graphics sectioned is mentioned below: Graphics Adapter Description Intel(R) HD Graphics Family Adapter Drivers igdumdx32 igd10umd32 igd10umd32 Adapter RAM Unknown Device ID 0x0126 DirectWrite Enabled false (6.2.9200.16571) Driver Date 3-25-2011 Driver Version 8.15.10.2342 GPU #2 Active false GPU Accelerated Windows 0/1 Basic (OMTC) Vendor ID 0x8086 WebGL Renderer Google Inc. -- ANGLE (Intel(R) HD Graphics Family Direct3D9Ex vs_3_0 ps_3_0) windowLayerManagerRemote true AzureCanvasBackend skia AzureContentBackend cairo AzureFallbackCanvasBackend cairo AzureSkiaAccelerated 0

Milan, does this ring any bells? Hanish, did Firefox 34 fix this for you or not?

No, Firefox 34 didn't fix the issue. But this not repros as much as it used to be in older version.
