110573 - URLbar history drop down background is bluish rather than white (used to be white)

I'm really at somewhat of a loss as to how to describe the bug... It's been
happening for a day or two now. Now, while the dropdown that appears for
autocomplete is white in the background, the dropdown for history (clicking the
arrow in the URLbar right away, nottyping anything) is bluish in the background.
I'll attach a screenshot in a moment to illustrate this.

This only appeared a couple days ago IIRC.

the low-3-digits...

The classic one is gray, dunno if it was always like this or it happened in the
last few days though... Hmm might be a change in the dropdown colors overall
