Cost Control team agreed on re-think the relationship between Balance and the new Smart Data application as third parties consider balance features to overlap their own applications or services.

In order to improve third party's integration with the Gaia UX, Smart Data will have to provide the proper mechanisms to easy include third party's features inside the Smart Data app.

If you want to try this customization, follow the next steps:

0- Ensure the patch is applied or apply it yourself (you must do a reset-gaia as permissions have changed)
1- Unzip the attachment in gaia/apps/ and override the files when asked
2- Reinstall cost control application

Mmm, I forgot to mention that, unless you have a Spain Movistar SIM, it won't work. So, after decompressing, you need to check your MCC, MNC and modify the 'operator_custom' line (last line) in costcontrol/js/config/index.json replacing the pair <MCC_MNC> with yours.
